RFID KANBAN BOARDS
Xedion® AG located in Bayreuth specializes in developmental implementation in the field of RFID. We develop scanners for all frequency ranges (low, high and ultra-high frequencies). Based on our many years of experience with the complex processes of the semiconductor industry, our equipment fulfills the highest demands on reliability and security.
The RFID KANBAN board with 102 sockets for KANBAN cards provides a simple, quick option for recording KANBAN cards.
The equipment has an Ethernet interface for data transmission. The data gathered will be forwarded directly to the associated Xedion® AG computing center. From there, the information will be sent by email to an email account intended for that purpose.
The RFID KANBAN board has 3 LEDs for displaying the status. They display if the equipment is ready to operate, if data is in the process of being transferred or if there are any errors.
Drip holes have been placed on the back of the board to simplify installation. Power is supplied using a cold-device plug. The RFID KANBAN board operates in the UHF range and complies with the ISO 18000-6C/EPCglobal Class 1, Gen 2 standard. The antenna necessary for scanning has already been integrated into the equipment.
